Editor's Colors Customizations

Editors for all the supported languages provide the Syntax Highlighting functionality.

For most languages there are some core groups of language elements, that are highlighted, some of the most common are:

  • keywords,
  • strings,
  • numbers,
  • comments,
  • identifiers.

To change the syntax highlighting settings, open the Preferences menu: The Welkin Suite ⇒ Preferences ⇒ Text Editor ⇒ Syntax Highlighting, where you can select one of the preinstalled color scheme for highlighting.

In addition to the preinstalled color schemes, you may also add new scheme or export an existing one. Custom schemes can be edited or removed.
