If you forget your password, you can reset it using the Forgot password? link. You will be redirected to the website for changing the password.
In case if you entered the wrong credentials or they have expired already, you'll get the error message.
NB: Your TWS credentials are the credentials that you've used during the registration to The Welkin Suite's website, not the Salesforce's credentials.
You can use The Welkin Suite IDE on several devices using your active license and credentials. When you log in on the second device, the session for your credentials on the first one is expired. As a result, this will be necessary to re-login when you back to the machine where the IDE was launched previously.
During all the next launches of The Welkin Suite, this window will notify you about the status of your credential:
- just checking the credentials,
- days left till the end of the Trial period,
- the Trial version has expired,
- days left till the expiration date of your license,
- your license is expired.
If you want to log out, you can do it using the corresponding button in the top left corner of the application.
